Just like we all have our physical health, we also all have our mental health. Mental health affects how we think, act, and feel. So it's just as important to constantly work on our mental health development like we do with our physical health.

Mental Health is how you are doing mentally, socially and emotionally. In order to be healthy, we must look after our mental health. Examples of neglecting your mental health would be not getting enough sleep or not acknowledging your emotions. Listed below are ways to maintain good mental health such as talking to someone or understanding our emotions and how they affect us.

Mental Illness is something that disrupts your mental health. Poor mental health can lead to a mental illness. Typically a mental illness is diagnosed by a doctor/psychologist and you work on managing and/or treating the illness.
